💖 Here’s how your albums travel from South Korea all the way to your doorstep~

💻 Step 1 — Place Your Order

Browse your favourite K-Pop items on quteandquirky.co.za and place your order right here on our website.

📦 Step 2 — Stock Ordered from South Korea

As soon as your order is received, we order stock directly from our trusted suppliers in South Korea. Please allow 15–30 working days for your items to arrive (or 2–5 working days if we already have them on hand).

🛬 Step 3 — Shipment to South Africa

Your albums begin their journey from South Korea → South Africa! They’re securely packed to ensure everything arrives safe and sound. ✈️

🎁 Step 4 — Quality Check & Packing

Once cleared, the albums are delivered to us. We carefully check for any defects, then wrap and pack your order with love (and plenty of bubble wrap 💕).

💌 Step 5 — Shipping to You

After everything is packed, we assign your order a tracking number and hand it over to our couriers. You’ll receive an email once it’s on the way so you can track it anytime!
