SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and Returns Policy Fees:

Orders below R1000 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of R80. (Postnet to Postnet will incur a fee of R100 for local shipping should you choose that option).

Orders above R1000 will enjoy free local shipping. (Therefore group your orders with your friends and order together)

Shipping conditions: We will always attempt to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on receipt of payment (if we have stock) or within 48 hours on receipt of stock (if stock had to be imported).

For items that that we have “in stock” (this means the goods are in South Africa and available for shipping), please allow a shipping time of 1-3 working days (and 2-5 working days for Postnet or outlying areas) after the receipt of payment.
For items that we do not have stock of and need to be ordered (for example Kpop albums), please allow for 15-25 working days for the items to arrive in South Africa and dispatched to you.
The courier company we use work weekdays only from 8:00 -17:00. Therefore, please ensure the delivery address you provide will allow you to be available between the above times.

Sometimes, unfortunate events such as customs delay occur and as a result, may delay your shipment. Qute and Quirky cannot be held responsible for such delays as it is out of our control. However, should the delay exceed 25 working days, you as the customer can choose to cancel your order and be refunded your amount paid or wait a little longer (I promise the wait is worth it… we will be sure to throw in some freebies for the wait).

Returns Policy:

Due to the unique and specialised nature of Kpop albums and posters, these items may unfortunately not be returned.

If however you do received a sealed album without a photocard for example, we will ship the photocard to you separately (This happens once in a while, even thee factory can make mistakes).

For damaged or defective goods on arrival, please email us immediately upon receipt at hello@quteandquirky.co.za and we will try our utmost best to assist you.

- Kpop Albums and Merchandise -

1. What does the listed price of the CD album cost include or exclude? The listed price includes the cost of the CD album, international shipping and customs /import duties. Therefore you do not have to pay for international shipping nor customs separately.

2. Do CD albums come with posters and how much are posters?
Not necessarily. Posters are generally made available on the release of new albums and therefore are subject to availability. Should they be available, the prices are as follows:
– Free folded poster if available
– R50 for unfolded poster in a tube when purchased with the related album.
– R80 for unfolded poster in a tube when purchased separately.

3. When purchasing Kpop albums, does it include the photobooks and photocards like the original album and will the purchase count towards the Korean charts? Yes, yes and yes! We import the original Kpop albums from legitimate and reliable suppliers therefore you can trust that the album you purchased is the exact album you would have received, had you purchased it in Korea.

6. Is there a tracking number when purchasing items at Qute and Quirky? Yes, we all have trust issues when it comes to posting items and that is why we use a reliable courier service to send the parcels straight to your door.

Tracking numbers are sent out to customers after the parcels have been sent to the couriers.

7. Why should we use Qute and Quirky to buy Kpop albums?

Like you, I am a huge Kpop fan and therefore understand how difficult it is to buy albums from abroad…That’s why I try to help fellow Kpop fans to get a hold of albums faster and in more reliable way.

Firstly, by using Qute and Quirky, you will always be able to track where your album is.
