2021 CHRISTMAS BREAK & SHIPPING NOTICE

Dear Qute and Quirky customers,

Can you believe we are less than a month away from December?

It’s actually insane how quickly the year has flown by and before you know it, I will be wishing you Happy New Year.

We would love to assist you with your last-minute Christmas shopping (you know… when you need to find that perfect gift just a few days before Christmas). However, this year we are unable to do so and therefore wanted to let you know in advance so that we can both get that Christmas shopping planned early… especially since new album releases take 20-30 working days to be delivered.

The Qute and Quirky team will be unavailable to dispatch orders from 16 December 2021 to 5 January 2022. The store will be open as usual and we will be working in the background to process orders but unfortunately unable to dispatch anything during this period. Therefore, if you want to ensure you receive your kpop goodies before 16 December 2021, I would advise on ordering from our in stock section or placing an order before 21 November 2021. All goods placed after this date that are not in stock might only arrive after 16 December 2021 resulting in it only being delivered in January. Although we will endeavour to receive as many albums as we can before 16 December 2021, delivery in 2021 cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after this date (21 November 2021).
