COVID 19 - SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE

Dear Qute and Quirky customers

Please note that we are currently experiencing major delays in international shipping as well as customs clearance due to COVID-19 related matters. I trust that our shipping partners are doing their best but due to additional precautions taken globally, this has impacted the international shipping times. Furthermore, as certain customs offices have been impacted, the customs clearance process is taking longer than usual.

This delay will impact most of our orders and therefore our normal shipping terms will not apply during this period.

Our priority is to delivery your albums to you safely and without major hassle and therefore I want to assure you that we are doing everything that we can to ensure that your albums get to you.
